Safety and law respect: Two main concerns on each transfer Since our objective is to ensure people's safety and to guarantee environmental protection, our job focuses in respecting the following laws and standards: - STANDARD ISO 14000 suggests a continuous progress of environmental protection.
- The DECREE of April 26th, 1996 states safety operational rules for loading and unloading chemicals.
- The French Council of State Decree (Decret du Conseil d'Etat) of February 20th,1992 / N°92-158 - Art. R.237-1 (related to Labour Code) states the specific safety and sanitary regulations to be respected by private companies when enduring a particular job.
